Our Solution
Our Commitment
You and your family are our highest priority. That responsibility guides every investment decision.
1 - Investment Management
Investment proposal, structured portfolio construction and ongoing oversight. Assets are selected for defined roles and allocated on merit, with positioning reviewed as conditions evolve.
2 - Global Opportunities
Access across markets and asset classes. Capital is allocated on merit, without restriction to any one firm, product provider or geography.
3 - Structural Integrity and Governance
Capital allocation is only as effective as the structure that supports it. We coordinate ownership frameworks, trust structures, asset protection arrangements and tax-aware implementation to ensure capital is positioned efficiently and resiliently. Governance, liquidity planning and risk alignment are integrated into the broader architecture of the family balance sheet.
4 - Generational Focus
Family wealth structured with long-term continuity in mind. We help protect what has been built and support its growth across generations through considered structuring and oversight.
Our Approach
Our approach for wealth management is centered around ensuring wealth across generations.
My family has a rich history of entrepreneurship and inter-generational wealth creation. On my mother’s side, my grandfather owned and operated Lay-Back Auto Seats, a pioneering business that patented the ratchet mechanism allowing bench seats to recline, specializing in converting cars with bench seats into lay-back seats. He also invented the Porta-Cot, owned the patent and succesfully operated the business.
On my father’s side, they were third-generation land owners and farmers from Western Australia, continuing a legacy of resilience and hard work. With a strong foundation in business ownership, my family has firsthand experience in building, preserving, and managing wealth across generations—a tradition that shapes my deep understanding of inter-generational wealth management today.
Across two decades, as advisors we have supported over 100 high-net-worth families in achieving their family’s financial goals. Our clients represent a wide spectrum, from innovators and entrepreneurs behind some of Australia’s most prominent businesses to retired professionals, executives, leaders of Australian not-for-profits, and philanthropic foundations.
Our Process
Our Investment Philosophy
1. Preserve, Compound & Protect Capital
The objective is durable compounding. Portfolios are constructed to navigate volatility, policy shifts and changing market regimes while maintaining disciplined exposure to growth. Downside control matters as much as upside capture, and risk is managed at the portfolio level — not simply diversified and left unattended. Longevity comes first. Performance follows from discipline.
2. Asset Cycle & Rotation Framework
Capital does not remain static. It rotates across asset classes as liquidity, economic conditions and risk appetite evolve. We position portfolios by anticipating where capital is likely to concentrate next — not by reacting to where it has already moved. As in elite sport, advantage belongs to those who skate toward where the puck is going, not where it currently sits.
3. Allocate on Merit
Capital has no loyalty. We are not confined to any one firm, provider, geography or asset class. Every position must justify its role within the portfolio based on risk-adjusted return and its interaction with existing holdings. Assets are selected deliberately, sized intentionally and reviewed continuously. Merit governs allocation.
4. Access & Perspective
Through ongoing engagement with managers, allocators and market specialists — including insights gained through The Rate of Change — we maintain visibility across the broader investment landscape. We assess the field continuously, identify structural strength and refine exposure accordingly. The objective is disciplined capital allocation with clarity and conviction over time.
